Great fun space

We stayed for a long weekend with friends/family. It was perfect for all ages. The kids had a blast with the pool and there was plenty of space for everyone around the house.

Great view

The cabin was in a great location- up the windy roads into the mountains. We did get to see a young bear cub in the wooded area by the fire pit. He didn’t bother us or come close. The pool was great! We didn’t have a whole lot of luck with the tvs. Most couldn’t find a connection (could have been user error). The kitchen space was very nice, yet we had some silverware issues, as there wasn’t enough for 15 people. Also we had 1 skillet there to cook for 15 people. Overall I would definitely revisit the cabin and recommend to others.

Summit Wonderland

For the most part, found the cabin to be comfortable and clean. Ceiling fans and windows up high and the stair ledge all needed a good dusting. Loved the neighborhood. But I must warn you about being careful about the bears. We had one walk up behind us in the drive as we were unloading and then she climbed up to the 2nd story porch and came over the railing while we were sitting there. Made for some excitement.

Family birthday trip

This place was perfect for a large size group. The indoor pool was a huge hit with everyone and the outdoor hot tub was a perfect way to end the day. The cleanliness of the cabin could have been a little better, as there were cobwebs underneath the furniture, and walking on the floors barefoot left them black, so someone needs to discuss this with the cleaning crew that comes in to do a better job. The kitchen was stocked for a large group which was great, there was only one beater for the mixer, so unfortunately someone has either taken it home with them or it has been miss placed but having two stoves, two microwaves, two ovens and two refrigerators was amazing. I can only speak for the one bathroom as I didn’t ask everyone for this bathtub in the first master bedroom you walk into someone may need to check that out because it is soft so there may be some water damage under that tub and one last thing or the number of hide a beds. There needs to be more blankets, we were able to find all the sheets , but there weren’t heavier blankets and there’s nasty minor inconveniences. It was a great family vacation and everyone enjoyed themselves. We will definitely stay here again.

Family trip

The roads to the cabin were pretty narrow, but it was a scenic view so beautiful! It rained every day of our stay ,but not all day. Pulling in to the house was nice the drive was big enough for 5 vehicles. The front porch was big. Walking in to the house was nice you can see straight through the back windows to take in the view. The house was very spacious we all enjoyed the house thought it does need to be dusted and swep bad. The fans and light fixtures were thick with dust especially the lights over the kitchen table the beds were comfortable but needed some fitted sheets. The pool and hot tub were great! Everyone enjoyed it ; the pool was a huge hit for the family and was pretty at night with the different color lights. We saw 7 bears while staying there!! it was both exciting and scary! The little bear climbed all the way up to the 2nd balcony which scared the crap out of us, but was pretty cool after we all ran in haha. It was a great stay the family and i we really enjoyed our stay. The island is maybe 15 minutes away,, the strip is like 30 minutes away, and the titanic was like 15 minutes away from the cabin. I really do recommend this cabin. We do stay in Gatlinburg a lot so we have been in a few different cabins and this is one i would recommend especially if you want to see wild life. We saw bears, deers, some pretty blue birds, and turkey.

Perfect cabin for families!

Beautiful cabin with plenty of room! We had extended family staying here and we all had space to our own and large open spaces to gather together. Kids loved the indoor pool with small kid pool! Also the outdoor hot tub was great and the decks had amazing views!

Fantastic Family Time!

The property was very nice and we had a fantastic time making family memories. The cabin allowed for enough space for everyone to have their own area and included enough activities to entertain all of us! The free activities included with this rental through Xplorie was an added bonus since we had 10 adults and 1 child in our group, the free tickets and additional discounts we got booking through Xplorie saved us quite a bit of money!! We definitely would stay again!!

Poorly Maintained

We rented this house in large part for the indoor pool. Unfortunately, there was a problem with the septic and the pool area toilet overflowed and leaked raw sewage into the pool. We discovered and reported this Monday morning. The pool wasn’t usable until Friday night, and we checked out Saturday. This problem was caused by the septic not being maintained properly, so it was avoidable. We were not offered any alternative accommodations or reimbursement by the property owner company. The communication regarding the problem was also a challenge throughout the week. We had to keep contacting the company to request updates, which should have been provided to us proactively. Overall, the cabin was what we needed, and we made the best of it.

BEST Family Vacation yet~~

My husband and I love the mountains. Our children and grandchildren love the mountains now!! Summit Wonderland was AMAZING. Space, space, and more space for all to relax and enjoy. King sized beds in every room so NICE. Kitchen was incredible. We did family devotions each night on the covered outside back porch and I must say the Amish rockers were quite comfortable. Fire pit and Jacuzzi were enjoyed. And Can't say enough about the inside pool. Huge hit with the grandchildren. God provided pleasant weather so we had to try Dollywood, but we could have spent the whole time around the cabin. If you haven't caught on -- This family vacation was supreme. We are looking at calendar to see when we can return. Thank you Summit Wonderland for helping to make our time most memorable. Oh, and the bear that strolled up on the front porch one morning? topped it off. videos are great.

First cabin rental

Plenty of space for family of 11. Equipped with double refrigerator double stoves and double microwaves. Plenty of seats on outdoor deck and fire pit. Pool water too cold and lights to pool did not work even after sending someone to fix them. The up’s-stairs day room had large flies and wasps. Called immediately upon receiving key code and know one came out. Had to call the next day some came out Tuesday to clean the room and to spray but same problem large dead flies and wasps on floor and window seal. The cabin did not have a vacuum or anyway for us to clean them up Called again and still no one came. Ended up with a room know one could go into for the whole week.

Amazing Property

Couldn’t ask for a better experience from reservation to departure. Property was exactly as listed. Well maintained and stocked. Pool area was absolutely wonderful. Views were amazing.

Almost Perfect

The house was beautiful and views wonderful. It was great for kids with pool and video games. Very spacious. Only drawback with house was bathrooms. Enjoyed the Jacuzzi and pool table. There are no walk in showers so you shower standing in a bath tub. Also there is zero, I mean zero counter space in bathrooms. We also had no WiFi or internet service. You could connect to WiFi but there was service to Wifi. This meant besides no WiFi there was no TV in the main room. The TVs that had smaller cable boxes worked. Otherwise the house was really a pleasure, clean, well kept and lived up to its billing. Luckily we have WiFi service in our SUV so we had service there.
