A dated cabin

My family and I felt like the community was safe, considering everyone that enters goes through the security station. However, the hot tub wouldn’t get hot, a decent warm at around 88-92 degrees. Our check in was at 4:00 pm and we didn’t receive our door code until almost 5:30 pm so we sat outside waiting for a while. The fireplace was very much enjoyable. The cleanliness of the cabin, we would rate it at a 6/10. There was some hair on the floor and on the shower drain.
