We were really happy with our stay! Everything was as advertised. It was nice to be so close to everything, yet far enough away for some peace and quiet. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Amazing stay!

If you’re looking for a place to stay in Gatlinburg, this is a great one! Communication with owner was easy and she was responsive in a timely manner. House was VERY clean and everything mentioned in listing and pictures was exactly as was presented. Highly recommend!!

awesome trip

Duncan and I had a great time celebrating my 30th birthday at Sassy Bear in Gatlinburg. The views were amazing and the house was just as described. I would recommend an outing to Anakeesta, we had the best day trip eating at the smoke house and dual ziplining. We also hiked up to Clingmans Dome which was an awesome experience. Loved everything about this trip and will definitely be returning.
