Cabin

The cabin was beautiful and had enough rooms and bathrooms! View was beautiful! The cabins water pressure was very poor. Only one thing could run atva time. Jet baths were dirty and one didnt work at all. The water stunk when it wad running. Will not be back to this cabin.

AWESOME!!

When we arrived at the cabin, the location is very nice. But l must warn you if your scared of heights then this ain't the cabin for you, because the roads are Steep!!! Clean,Quiet, communication with the property managers were fast and friendly. The only thing l saw wrong with the cabin, it needs a bigger grill to cook on. But l will return again!!!!

Not very clean and outdated

Upon arrival we noticed bugs crawling and overall just not very clean conditions. The former guest or housekeepers actually put dirty dishes in the cabinets. The smell was horrible. The property manager had Arrow Exterminators out quickly. Which was a positive. However, I recommend staying at another property. We will not be returning. The first day of vacation shouldn’t be cleaning a full cabin, due to odors and roaches.

Wonderful cabin for large families

Perfect size cabin and layout for our very large family. We love The Preserve and stay every year. The property management is the best we have ever dealt with. Very responsive and accommodating. Screened in porch was perfect for our toddler grandchildren and a great place for the adults to hang out. Bedrooms, bathrooms, living rooms and kitchen are very spacious. Great furniture and upper loft was comfortable too.

The cabin was perfect. Our family had a great time. Only negative feedback from family members. 1. Did not know how to operate TV in living room and bedrooms. 2. Could not get hot tub to heat up. Overall the trip was great and cabin was awesome. Thank you

Birthday Trip

The listing stated 6 bedrooms. A loft area is not a bedroom. All 9 adults wanted closet or doors to their sleeping areas. Staff and management were very responsive and helpful.

Little Cozy Nice Stay

The cabin was in a great neighborhood. The driving was beautiful with lot of beautiful views. Very convincing to Gatlinburg and pigeon forge. Plenty of rooms to live in. There were little things that need to be considered. - the extra pillow and blankets were not clean and most of them were having weird stains like blood and blankets were stinky. The bathroom supplies were not good enough for this big family. Tissue roll holder was broken. Overall without any expectations the stay was good and we had a great time.

Disappointed

We arrived at 4 check in time and cleaning crew was still cleaning. Just mopped floors (apparently with straight pine sol - floors were sticky all week) they did not clean well at all - dining table was not clean. The whole cabin really needed a deep clean, the couch and carpets were dirty. Pots and pans were terrible (warped and very used) the hot tub was yellow(maintenance did respond quickly and came and drained it and cleaned it) as well there was a leak under the kitchen sink, they had to come out twice to fix it. The jeered tub in one bath did not work. There was a terrible odor coming from the drains in the king bathroom. You could not even sit on the patio for the bees were so bad and the screened in patio the screens were coming off, maintenance did repair a couple. I felt terrible for having to contact the office 4 times for issues, but felt like my crew was just so disappointed and we paid good money to be there. Also, if you are planning on grilling- don’t the grill is like one you would find at a park, small, grate is not adjustable- so cooking for 10 people was difficult.
