Cove Mountain Cabin can be your home away from home while you are here enjoying the rides, shows and nature. You'll have access to Pool table - Theater room - Game room - Infrared Sauna - Hot tub -Fire pit - Smart TVs - Great WIFI connectivity - Ample parking for cars, RVs & trailers.

Located in Wears Valley near the GSMNP and Foothills Parkway, Cove Mountain Cabin is just a short 15-30 mins drive to enjoy all the events offered in the Smokies! This luxury cabin is beautiful as its natural surroundings. With the north entrance to GSMNP just five minutes away, our guests will feel the pull of the mountains and all that it has to offer! The property itself is surrounded by the stunning mountain views but without the mountain drive! The property is far away enough to enjoy peace and quiet but only 5 mins to the Foothills Parkway; 5-10 mins to the Great Smoky Mountain National Park (GSMNP) via the Metcalf Bottom north entrance - a well-known picnic area and a short nature trail; 10 mins to Townsend; 15 mins to Pigeon Forge; and 30 mins to Gatlinburg. Wears Valley is in the center of it all, a convenient location to everywhere with close-by shops, stores, cafes, and restaurants.

The cabin has a wrap-around deck to enjoy the mountain views, an extended lower deck for hot tub and more views. It has a game room and an infrared sauna in the lower level of the main cabin and a newly added game room and theater next to the main cabin for kids and kids at heart to relax, unwind, play, and bond. Free weights and yoga mats are also available for our fitness conscious guests. Our location is ideal for morning walks and appreciation of nature's beauty, while at night, family and guests can gather around the fire pit area to roast some marshmallows, trade stories, and just relax - weather permitting. We would love to host family vacations, family reunions, family & friends getaways, and couples getaways. Please note that this is an absolutely NO SMOKING, NO VAPING, NO MARIJUANA USE property within 25 ft of all the entrances. We also DO NOT ALLOW PETS due to allergies and asthma of our own kids and possibly of other guests. These House Rules are strictly enforced and penalty is applied. You will be responsible for any and all remedial and deep odor removal.

LOCATION. Our location is great! We're just two short turns off Wears Valley Road/Rt. 321 to the peaceful and quiet neighborhood of Cove Meadows Drive. Roads are paved, no steep hills or winding roads to drive through to enjoy mountain views. There are nearby restaurants, coffee shops, and stores within minutes from the cabin. We also provide complimentary pool membership (Memorial Day to Labor Day) and an access to the year-round catch and release fish pond for our guests to enjoy. THE SPACE WHERE YOU WILL SLEEP
The following sleeping arrangement will sleep up to 12 maximum. That includes all the adults, infants, and kids that will occupy all beds. We set our maximum occupancy to 14 guests only to prevent the space from getting too tight for everyone and to minimize wear and tear which will help keep our space beautiful for guests like you to enjoy. Bedroom and laundry: For our guests' convenience we offer the essential toiletries like soap, shampoo, toilet paper, and towels at a limited supply. Please be aware of this and have an extra. If you run out of supplies during your stay, there is a nearby stores available (Dollar General, Kroger, Publix).

Bed linens and bed sheets, pillows and blankets are also provided. There is a closet and dresser for clothing storage.
Room-darkening blinds are available. Luggage rack are provided.
Free washer and dryer in the unit (You have to buy your own laundry soap and softener). An iron and some hangers are provided.

Bathroom: Bathtub, Jacuzzi Tubs x 2, Shower, Hot water, Shampoo, Conditioner, Body soap, Shower Gel, and Hair dryer are provided. Please note that we only supply you with a limited starter kit of toilet paper, soap, shampoo, paper towels, and trash bags. There are several shops you can visit nearby to purchase supplies for the duration of your stay.

ENTERTAINMENT
Smart HDTV in the 4 bedrooms, living room and theater room is provided - please BYO passwords.

There is a large game room with foosball table, air hockey table, ping-pong table, an arcade basketball game, and a variety of arcade games.

There is a theater room with 8 reclining chairs to maximize comfort while watching movie on an 86 in HDTV.

Plenty of soccer balls for those who want to enjoy the big backyard (summertime). Board games and cards are also provided.
