The flat is up a few floors ( stairs) and in a nice location. We walked everywhere without any difficulties. We had a short visit to Sevilla, but the host, Carolina, was helpful in many ways. The unit is older and simple but worked well for us. We would definitely stay here again.

Clean , great neighborhood

We enjoyed the apartment, it was clean and worked for us and our little group. The location was excellent, and the stairs were OK, not too bad. Dealing with the host, check in , etc. was smooth. The apartment could have used more shelf space in the bathroom, and maybe a few hooks to hang stuff in the bedrooms, but overall we liked our stay.

Enjoyed our stay in Sevilla

Apartment is in a great location. Basically walking distance to most places of interest. Place was clean and comfrontable. Owner was easy to work with, pleasant, and very helpful. She provide good advise on restaurants and recommended flamenco show. While we didn't have any issues, the apartment is on the third floor. Anyone with issues climbing stairs, mobility issues, may have a bit of a challenge with the stairs.

It was OK

The apartment was in a great location. It was confortable and had everything we needed. We had two separate bedrooms with plenty of space for my husband, daughter mom, and I. The terrace was wonderful with lots of plants, outdoor table with chairs and umbrella. The bathroom was ok, the shower was moldy and dirty; it looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a while and it didn't drain properly. The kitchen was good but we saw a few ants.

Great terrace overlooking the most buzzy place in Seville

Spacious apartment with comfortable furniture and well supplied with kitchen equipment, good heaters/AC, and great location (if you like wonderful local cafes, bars and street life). Terrace a real bonus. A bit "lived in" but not a problem unless you like everything brand new. Only two floors up (note - big steps could be an issue if you have dodgy legs). 15 mins walk to Seville's historic centre, though you pass lots of interesting things along the way. Carolina a helpful and informative host, who lives below. She ably fixed an early issue we had with a noisy dog barking next door. Recommended.

We Left Early!!

Unfortunately I need to be honest in our review. When others stated it was as described. We certainly didn’t think it was. The apartment was dirty, old & the pictures must be from many years ago. The patio area is not comfortable everything seems to be close to collapse. Inside; well the bedroom ceiling looks like it’s going to fall out. The door knobs come off in your hand. The furniture all needs to be replaced. The pull out bed in the kitchen area not sure I’d sit on it never mind sleep on it!! BUT THE MOST DISTURBING We opened the living room shutter & noticed a key laying on a outdoor windowsill accessible from the hallway!! My husband tried it & sure enough it’s a key to the apartment. Needless to say I was worried somebody could have accessed our place while we were away. We were seriously going to leave that day but we had some tours booked & knew we’d lose our money. We checked out 2 days early and cut our losses. Upon leaving when asked why we checked out early I was honest. The owner brushed off the key situation to another resident must have left it there. Well that’s comforting to know she doesn’t control the keys??? I guess what bothers us is this is the most we spent on a condo all through Portugal & Spain & it was the worst!!! I wish I could attach true photos.

A Little More Lived In Than We Expected

I really didn't want to say anything negative about this apartment, but I know that I count on reviews to make decisions so I feel it's only fair to provide honest feedback so others can use it to make decisions for themselves. First of all Carolina is a wonderful host. She was prompt in replying to emails. When we arrived, she thought there was detergent for the washing machine, but there wasn't. She quickly brought some up from her apartment below. Also, she scheduled a taxi to come pick us up the day we left when I was concerned about the ease of flagging one down on a Sunday morning. She was just super willing to help in any way she could. The reason for the 4 was not actually the cleanliness, it was more a lack of upkeep or attention to detail. I think calling this a magnificent penthouse is a bit of a stretch. The terrace was nice, but there wasn't much of an attempt to have it tidied up for the next guest. The cleaning equipment was just randomly tossed in one corner of the terrace. It needed a good sweeping as well. The sofa was a bit banged up with a tear in the upholstery. The doorknob to my bedroom came off in my hand. I just pushed it back in. I didn't ask Carolina to come fix it which I know she would've if I'd asked. I don't want to come across as overly critical, but a 5 really means an attention to detail that I just didn't find here. As for location, I agree with the others. But rather than steps away, you are about 1 km from the center of town where the sights are. It can be walked easily, and it is a great walk. The street the apartment is on is a long plaza lined with restaurants. It is lively and happy and despite Spaniards going on into the wee hours of the morning, the bedrooms are set back enough that sleeping is not an issue. The AC worked well. The apartment is in the "attic" and up 3 flights of stairs. The last flight is a doozy with taller than normal steps. Luckily, we packed pretty lightly. :)

Parfait pour un séjour entre amies !

L'appartement est idéalement situé, sur une promenade à la fois familiale et bien vivante, à 15min à pieds du centre historique. La disposition des pièces convient aussi bien à une famille avec enfants qu'à un groupe d'amis, les canapés sont un gros plus, il y a bcp d'espace. Nous avons aussi été enchantées par la terrasse bien qu'elle apporte un peu de poussière dans les pièces à vivre, ce qui est normal avec des baies vitrées. Le gros point fort est l'accueil très chaleureux proposé par Carolina. Elle nous a aussi permis de rester quelques heures de plus après l'heure de check-out pour notre convenance personnelle. Je recommande !

Schöne Wohnung in zentraler Lage

Der Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Es gab auch eine nette Dachterrasse. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und haben uns alles erklärt. Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral gelegen und viele Sehenswürdigkeiten, wie z.B. Las Setas oder die Isla Mágica sind fußläufig erreichbar. Auf dem Platz vor der Wohnung sind viele Tapasbars und Restaurants, die anscheinend vor allem von Einheimischen besucht werden. Man ist also direkt im Nachtleben von Sevilla. In der Wohnung merkt man es aber nicht.
