Lanza Authentic at the wall of Seville:
Located on a street in the historic city center, near the city's most beautiful squares and streets. From its location, the entire historic center is within walking distance. Las Setas, El Salvador, the ancient walls, the Basilica of La Macarena, the Baroque jewel of San Luís de los Franceses, Santa Marina, San Marcos, the Feria Street market, and the Alameda are all adjacent to the home. The Cathedral and the Giralda Tower are a lovely 15-minute walk away.
The area has all the amenities: a health center, pharmacy, ATM, food market, bakery, hardware store, old grocery stores, bars, and restaurants.
The home is located in a quiet building with six apartments. Ours is on the first floor. The building is characterized by tranquility and independence despite its central location on Lanza Street, which connects Imperial and Santiago Streets.
It has a spacious living room with a two-seater sofa that doubles as a bed, ideal for one person, a TV, and a large window overlooking the street. A dining room for four people, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with an accessible shower, and a bedroom with a double bed and a wardrobe. The bathroom is accessible to both rooms.
Most of the appliances and fixtures in the home are fairly new.
During your stay, you will be provided with the services of Sevilla en Movimiento, a company specializing in property and tourism management in Seville and Andalusia. They will be available for anything you need during your stay.
