"the room card didnt work when i got back to hotel. i can only get back to the lobby and find the staff. moreover, the wood tables are dirty and full of dust. I dont know why the staff didnt clean the room. i found that the new towels given by the staff are wet when i got back to hotel at 2100."

"The hotel was beautiful from the Orange Blossom scent as you opened the doors to the wonderful rooftop patio and pool. The room was beyond expectations, I could have stayed in it for the whole stay. It was also in walking distance of all the ‘have to see sites’ of Seville. We would highly recommend ..."
