“I was on my own, but this is a perfect spot for a couple. Lots of comfortable and private outdoor space. Plenty of local options for food and entertainment, short walk to the beach. For a small space, it is exceptionally well organized and appointed. It had everything I needed and more. The snacks, drinks and milk for coffee upon arrival was especially appreciated. Hosts are very easy to work with and clearly take pride in the space. I would highly recommend!”

“Small home in an older part of Vero Beach. The location is near old down town that is undergoing a revitalization process. Neighborhood is okay, but not a good place to go for a walk. No sidewalks or anything. Quick drive over to the island and the beach. If you are planning to stay to make meals and cook, know this is a very small kitchen. Functional, but I didn't attempt to cook in it beyond using the microwave.”

“This very well kept home provided the perfect spot for a week with our 3 grandchildren and their parents. The home was spacious, clean and well equipped. The location on the Island was very convenient to beaches and shopping. The backyard pool and hot tub proved a highlight. A neighborhood beach was a short walk away, with good access at low tide.The owners had alerted us that a house was being built next door. However, they had constructed a tall barrier that provided good privacy, and overall……

“Everything was great! It felt like a real oasis, especially if you get a room with a pool/ ocean view balcony! The food and drinks were good at Heaton’s and our server Siera was top notch! Very attentive. Hotel check in was seamless - they have a fun happy hour they offer while checking in! Definitely would stay here again. ”

“It was a great experience. The hotel is only 2 minutes walk to the beach, a wonderful location to see the sunrise. The room was clean and equipped with everything needed. The front desk, Jennifer as I remember, was very helpful. She waited for our late check-in and got everything ready. When we needed a kettle, she didn’t bother to find one for us even though it was time to go home. We feel so sorry that we forgot to leave tips before we checked out. We’ll definitely live there next time we……

“The Driftwood Resort is an absolute gem. The property is beautiful and the staff is excellent. The gentleman that checked us in couldn’t have been nicer. All of the staff and the restaurant onsite were outstanding as well. What a great vacationing place.”

“We had a really nice and relaxing stay at this property! Great location, just a short walk to private beach. Super quiet area which was very nice, we had the beach pretty much to ourselves during prime spring break time. There is also access to the Indian River in the neighborhood and we enjoyed walks down to a private dock on a nightly basis. The house was clean and everything in excellent condition.There were a few things that could be improved. It was never clear to us if we could park close……
