“This hotel is very close, comfortable, convenient to the gatlinburg area. The staff is friendly and welcoming I have stayed several times under different reasons business and with my kids and grandchildren. For the price on the river it’s great!”

“It was nice enough, nothing really spectacular. It was clean, I did kill a couple of spiders but like your up against woods and river so there's going to be insects. Didn't have a lot of interaction with the staff other than checking in and he seemed. All and all I would stay here again, if for no other reason than Tennessee Shine Co. is right beside it ”

“Like the sign out front says, it's old but clean. Because we came with our granddaughter, we booked it because it had two separate bedrooms with an actual door to close.”

“Great price for the location, just a short walk to the strip! Theres a winery and pizza place very close by and the rooms are comfortable and recently updated. Great staff, everyone was so friendly and helpful. My only issue was the peeling paint on the tub because my kids love to take baths. Other than that it was great for a 4 day family trip! ”

“The staff goes above and beyond to accommodate us,we arrived early we were able to leave our bags have lunch watch a show and check in , rooms were clean and bed was comfortable. Dollys stampede is in walking distance and trolley stop right outside of hotel.”

“I stay at this particular hotel because it's the mid-way point for my work commute once a week. I'm not sure if this hotel offers EXTENDED STAY but some of the patrons seem a little TOO COMFORTABLE. No issues for me personally but for some, their presence could make some travelers UNEASY. ”

“Very clean. Nice people! Little older style but works fine! Very quiet. Bed was very firm; a little too much for my back. Convenient to many attractions in and around Townsend. ”

“This was our second time staying here. We loved it both times! If you want to be on the quiet side of the mountain and be close to Cades Cove, I highly recommend staying here!!”

“Our cabin was perfect for two people & it had everything we needed. It was decorated beautifully & the bed was very comfortable. Our location was great. If you are looking for a cabin with an outdoor space to hang out, this isn't the cabin for you. But, if you will be out & about all day & evening & just need a place to cook a couple meals & sleep it is great.”
