“The Hotel Staff were excellent and truly helpful especially Gagan & Pavinder, who were always there whenever I needed something. Rooms were clean and maintained. The Air-con was great as the heat outside was over 40c. The Hotel needs to have more rooms and also a swimming pool and fully functional gymnasium and games room with a pool table, maybe a Spa as well? Also a Tech room, where one can go and use their own computers and fully functional fax and printing services. The Bar and Restaurant……

“Had a 4 night stay in March 2026 when the 2 rooms which I booked were not cleaned at all. Requested this to be done on 2 separate occasions and on both occasions not cleaned. Had to request further clean towels and toilet rolls during my stay. There were private functions on 2 of the nights and on both occasions guests returning to their rooms at approximately 2:00AM - 4:00 AM made so much noise coming back to their rooms which woke me up. Why was I not given a room away from guests according……
