「A few hiccups at the start of my first residence at Sala Beach House could have ended in disaster. But Henk, Thabo ( a great sommelier) and the efforts of the wider Team turned it round. So much so that I booked my next stay before i left for my Daughter and I!」

「Very nice owners. Very accommodating. My only complaint is the power went off in the night and it was hot! Didn’t sleep much. Otherwise convenient to the airport and good parking.」

「We were fine, just plates for microwave too big, no knifes and forks, no spoons if needed in the room, freezer was full of ice blocked, safe key issue, toilet was leaking, had to put towels on floor otherwise all good for better future, management was helpful thank you 」

「I have written a complaint to this property, asking to (1) be put in contact with its owners and (2) ask for a refund - as it is NOT in the state that is being promoted at all... with no luck of decent/acceptable feedback or engagement or response to my requests, basically NO engagement or cooperation at all. I had to leave this property within less than 2 hours of arriving, as I did not feel comfortable to stay there. Of course, this property also does not offer any stay with a refundable...

「Waited for ages to get in property. No coffee, tea, milk or sugar in the room NO TOWELS OR SOAP! NOT EVEN HAND SOAP AT BASIN. NO WATER IN THE MORNING. COULDN'T EVEN FLUSH TOILET.」

「Staff was very friendly and helpful, we had two young kids ,and we enjoyed our stay as a family. Great proximity to beach and entertainment. Breakfast was also lovely, with an amazing chef. 」

「Excellent location close to the beach and attached to a retail centre with restaurants and supermarkets. Numerous bars and eateries within a 200m radius. Pool deck a bit small but attached underground complimentary parking a real plus. Highly recommended.」

「Wonderful ocean view. Staff absolutely fantastic, couldn’t be better! Friendly & relaxed vibe whilst also having lovely service. Rooms and decor is a bit tired, but Beverley Hills is an old school classic. The hotel was the 1st premier hotel on the strip, the only other with direct beach access and ocean views is 3x the price (next door.) The other hotels in town might be more modern but Beverley Hills is 💯 better option- better views, better location, better facilities. 」
