「A very enjoyable stay in the heart of Kitchener. Parking is not included but the municipal parking directly outside the window was helpful. So quiet despite being right downtown. The heat pump is genius, and we appreciated the AC so much when it was in the 30's over the weekend. Comfortable bed, and everything worked as posted. Thanks!」

「The overall property isn’t terrible; it’s spacious, and exactly as the photos show. However, there’s some issues, the property looks isn’t clean- it’s tidy, but not clean. There’s only one trash in the entire unit, the front door is very hard to open, especially from the inside and the people who live upstairs are constantly smoking weed- as soon as you enter the unit, you’re hit INSTANTLY, with the smell of weed. 「We had a great time staying at Unit 3 of the Plums. Greet space with enough for the 3 ladies in our group to spread out! Very walkable to downtown at the Festival Theatre as well. The neighborhood was quiet and close to everything. I would have like a better way to communicate with the host. I found the email slower and would have preferred a texting/messaging option. 」
