An aged hotel, the 1st room I got has a smell like some sort of smoke. The air filter has dust and not well maintained, But the hotel moved me to a second room with acceptable room. The breakfast is so so in Asia. Maybe it is close to the Shanghai city center, it is expensive, but quality is not there.

I enjoyed the stay. Cleaning service was superb. The metro station is right next to the hotel and the lobby is big and clean. However, the equipment (TV) is pretty old. Sadly I requested a Taxi Transfer to Hongqiao Airport but it took quite long to aquire a Taxi. Hence I missed my flight.

The staff was great. Friendly and helpfull. The room was good . Cleaned everyday even change the sheets upen request. The Breakfast was awesome lots of choices. The onlys reason i did not give a five star was the A/C. While i understand Shanghai was goingnin to winter the room was really hot even when the heater was turned off. Whe brought up the issue to the front desk their fix was to give us a fan. This is a Marriott hotel thats insane.

The sidewalk was torn up replacing water pipes near both entrances and the extremely rude moped drivers think they have right-of-way on the sidewalks over pedestrians. The property interior was very nice but many of the facilities (bar, lounge bar, etc.) were closed for renovation. Rooms and service were very good to excellent.

建物自体は少し古くなってきていますが、キレイに清掃されていて居心地は悪く無いです。使用していませんが ホテルのすぐそばに地下鉄の駅もあり便利だろうと思います。ショッピングモールが近くにあるので、歩いて食事に行くことも可能です
