"On arrival sent to a damp room. Uninhabitable and given another three floors up .Still damp requiring a dehumidifier. This filled up after six hours resulting in both occupants getting bronchitis in the morning. After further complaint we were given a suite for the remainder of the stay .Many staff were interns and had NO idea and the lack of training was evident for many were as headless chickens falling over one another with no seeming purpose or professionalism . "

"Can’t beat the location and staff from Security to housekeeping are top notch. The breakfast is alright, could have been better. Very close to SM Megamall.. The room needs more light, i feel like there’s not enough lights in the room. Overall, reasonably price with perfect location and helpful staff, will definitely stay here again for my next visit!"

"Room was clean and the suit had a dinning place which was great for family. The only thing the parking was not included. We stated for 2nights and had to pay 350 for the parking which was a pain. "

"We had a great 2 nights stay for my husband’s college reunion. They are very big on safety and the staff are always there to help. It’s also a short walking distance to malls & there are a lot of places to eat around the area. "

" Our stay was three weeks. The rooms are spacious, perfect for small families or getaways. The staff are attentive, incredibly patient and so friendly. Easy and reliable shuttle service to and from the airport. Although rooms are clean, only negative, the furniture and curtains are old and need replacing. And our refrigerator kept breaking down. On location Happy Chef restaurant. Cozy atmosphere, nice window view of Ortigas avenue. We ate there several times for the morning buffet and dine in. Variety of options on the menu. Flavors are consistent and the team treats you like family. Want to acknowledge Michelle, Alexa, Belle, John and Edmar. Great team of regular staff and trainees. The Front Desk and Security Team always made sure we had what we needed when we arrived at the hotel or left for the day. Traveling with elderly parents, I felt comfortable for parents. Often times my father would take morning walks, and they always looked out for him. They took great consideration when the grab or taxi arrived to help them in and out the vehicles. They greeted us by our names which added a sincerity to our day. Very warm and welcoming to hear your name recognized. Kudos to: Chito, Jesiel, Ato, Dante, Joey, MJ, Emmanual, Clyde, Nico, and William Also want to acknowledge our housekeeper Lerma and the fellas that operated the Spa and Gym. Lerma is such a hardworking little lady. Great staff at the spa always helpful and aware "
