「This property is in an excellent location for visiting the Historical Naval Yards and related attractions. The property was very clean and quiet. My only "complaint" is that the washer-dryer machine took several hours per load. I strongly recommend staying here!」

「property just down rd from the hard. Hard to find without prior knowledge. Entry was difficult becuase the entry system at first took a lot of doing. It is on a safe system that needs imput from the owners and a no to get the small safe to drop and reveal the key to apt. Not able to get TV or internet until landlady came on sun morning. Phone conversation was not good at all. Frequently breaking down when asking questions. No instructions at all in apt to get started. No hot water...

「Considering the price, we had high hopes for our stay at this house, but unfortunately, we were quite disappointed. Upon arrival, we found the property was not very clean. There was urine left in the upstairs toilet, the downstairs bathroom was dusty with hair around the toilet, and the bath mat had been folded up while still wet. 「I loved my stay - it was everything I would have hoped for, and the host could not have been more welcoming. She'd installed a brand new smart TV, the internet access was instant, and there was coffee, tea, sugar and milk for the morning in the shared kitchen. This is a lovely little place for a single person or couple to stay in, and in nice weather there's a pleasant little garden to sit in as well.」

「Great holiday stay! Clean, spacious well thought out apartment. Comfortable beds, lovely living area and kitchen with all amenities. Good parking too - thank-you for setting us up with the EV charge too, extremely helpful and handy to have. Great location - able to walk to the beach, and town, shops and takeaways nearby!
