「We had a really great stay at this hotel overall. The only issue was that a few items were missing from the room inventory when we arrived, so we had to call reception to request them.
On checkout, the receptionist mentioned that there were two glasses in the room, presumably referring to the inventory list. I explained that these items had actually been missing when we checked in.
