"Property was very nicely kept and all the staff I interacted with were very kind and helpful. I believe everyone was bilingual which was very nice. While we were there housekeeping came every morning and respected the DND sigh. when we used it they also were careful and not invasive when cleaning our room when we were not there. My only two issues I had was there was a bit of an ant issue I am a south florida native so I do know the ants kind of just are there but there were definitely some cracks in the wall that could be patched up to help with the issue and the other thing was the elevator did break a couple days into our trip also a bit out of there hotels control so overall good experience will more than likely stay again!"
