“The hotel is not suitable for families with children but rather caters to an adult audience. The service level was poor and the staff were unprofessional. At check-in the reception tried to charge us extra, fictitious costs. These experiences led to a very negative stay. We strongly advise against booking this hotel if you are travelling with children. Thank you to Expedia who helped us at the last minute with the reception”

“Very helpful and friendly stuffs! Ahmed helped me with everything and staffs from the restaurant are also fantastic. Tracy is my diving coach. She is so professional and well experienced. All other stuffs of he diving center made me a perfect 1st impression of scuba diving. Beach is a little bit crowded but fish and coral in the water are fabulous. “Il cibo compreso con l’ all inclusive di pessima qualità, pulizia scarsa e il personale è in continua cerca di mance. Se non gliele dai iniziano a non pulire bene o a farti dispetti. In generale tutte le persone del villaggio ti chiedono tutto il giorno di comprare qualcosa o di fare qualcosa, ti portano le valige quando arrivi senza che tu glielo chieda e poi aspettano la mancia. Praticamente ti vedono come un bancomat che cammina. Pessimo modo di fare turismo.”
