“This was a really fun place to stay. The hosts were great - willing to chat or not, your choice. The room itself was large and comfy; the bathroom well-appointed. The breakfast was fantastic - so many choices, and they would cook for you or you could sit and chat with other travelers while eating the donuts, biscuits, cereal, meats, juices, etc. There is a hot tub out back, which was a real bonus. I will go back if staying in that area.”

“We stayed here because we was going on a cruise and got to leave our car there for a small fee then walk across rode to the terminal would recommend to anyone”

“A code on the AC flashed and when we let ownership know there was a technician there within the hour:). A block from the beach was perfect. Back patio area could have been raked and cleaned up better but no big deal.”

“When I walked into the room I immediately noticed that it was clean and it smelled fresh. The bed was comfortable and everything was in working order. The desk staff were welcoming and helpful. The breakfast room was clean and offered many choices. The woman servicing the room was friendly and we enjoyed talking with her. The location was convenient to the Space Center which we were visiting. We had a good stay!”

“Mark was an incredible host. He made me feel so welcome - like we had been friends for years! He was always available if needed, but not intrusive. I loved how quiet the house was and I enjoyed meeting and feeding all of his kitties. We even found a rabbit exploring the neighborhood - hopefully he found his way to safety. The home is very old Florida style, so it may not suit some fancy travelers but for anyone on a budget who wants to feel like they are at a friend's house - this is your spot.”

“Beautiful location and fun little unit”

“The staff was not helpful at all, I stayed in a lower floor room, and the family above were careless about the kids they had with them. I came there to rest and enjoy the beach and well the resting part was horrible. With all the noise and jumping We did not sleep at all. This was a stay over the $200 mark for such an unpleasant experience.”

“Room was very dirty. Rust everywhere. Throw pillows were used for the bed. Mildew/mold in shower. Sink sounded like a freight train. Bar tender was the front desk receptionist- she wasn’t happy about it. Best part of the room seemed to be a newer refrigerator. Breakfast was your choice of fruit loops, Cheerios, blueberry muffins(stale), toast, milk, and coffee. You get what you pay for. lol.”

“This place is awesome! It's clean and very comfortable. It's just like being at home, there was plenty of room and it has everything you need. The beach is just a short walk and beach access was very easy. The staff is exceptionally nice and very polite. We had an issue upon check-in and the maintenence man took care of it right away! We will definitely stay here again!”
