「We had some pleasant surprises. There was bread, milk, and eggs ready for us as well as spices in the kitchen. Cute patio area, too. Nice bathroom. The beds were fine but the pillows were very basic. However, the back door to the patio was not as secure as it popped open if you didn’t get it closed just right. That was a bit scary. Overall it was nice and easy to find.」

「Plenty of space in the home for a family along with a large bonus room. The house was very clean and well maintained. The house is a short drive to the lake and marina.」

「We booked this amazing place last minute when the weather at the campgrounds turned and it could not have been more perfect. Close to Lassen, plenty of space, and very dog friendly (though we didn’t have our dog). Communication was amazing; our last minute booking led to some confusion in the system but the owner, David, was super responsive and accommodating. We stayed here with our 3 teenagers and it was spacious and clean. We’d stay here again next time we visit Lassen. 」

「The house itself was wonderful, and we were very happy with the property. However, the check-in experience was absolutely unacceptable. On the morning of our arrival, I contacted Expedia because I couldn’t reach the host using the phone number provided. Expedia did not mention any cancellation. Instead, they sent me detailed check-in instructions. I contacted Expedia again around midday, and no one told me my reservation had been canceled. After spending the day in the forest with almost no...

「The home was large and spacious and it met our accomodation needs. I loved the large, beautiful, shady front yard. We didn't feel comfortable using the back yard since people lived right there. Parking on the street was a bit difficult on the long weekend. Lots of others cars we parked on the street. Overall it was what I had hoped for.」
