The staff at the front desk is excellent. Very friendly during the check-in. She always smiles and tells me the location of the room. Feel happy to receive a Christmas card from the staff. The cups and the electric kettle are clean. I feel safe when using them. Wifi connection is good and stable. ...

The area is stunning (helped by the snowy surroundings), and a very central location. The staff are friendly, professional and polite. The facilities are exceptional and well maintained, we will be staying again and have already recommended to friends

The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The shower was very good too. All the staff we met were polite and helpful. It was a comfortable stay and not far to walk to the super tram stop for the access to the Arena. Also, it is a short distance to walk to town and train station.
