「Good location, good price. Looks lovely from outside. However, inside, carpets needs cleaning as our feet were sticking to it. Kids room light was flickering, twice approached different members of staff but nothing was done. Not enough mugs in the room (only 2 in a family room).」

「The hotel is in need of an overhaul, it’s really tired, dated and poor quality. The first room I was put in was dreadful, tiny, grotty and not a reflection of any of the pictures on the website. Breakfast was a disaster, a chef that can’t cook, poached/scramble eggs and burns toast, doesn’t inspire. Seemed really short on staff and grumpy when you did find them. Heard several other guests complaining too. Great location but that’s the only positive.」

「Very disappointing stay. The room I booked was already occupied when I arrived. I was moved to a smaller room that did not match what I paid for three people, and my children had to find accommodation elsewhere. The place was not very clean and had an unpleasant smell. The kitchen was dirty. I did not even wait for breakfast. I chcked out very early in the morning.」

「Room was very clean and tidy. The staff are amazing and there is loads of available parking to use. Great quiet location. This hotel is by far one of the best I’ve being to. If you get the chance get it booked.」

「I really liked staying here it was nice and joyful. Staff were really helpful it was nice and easy to check in and to get in contact with them. Would deffo stay here again other guests were really nice as well」
