“Tub Was Backed up, mold on the ceiling, beds uncomfortable, AC was weak and took quite a bit to cool down to a comfortable temperature. booked 6 nights, only stayed one night”

“A lousy truck stopped by the hotel, and it’s a Compressor Refrigeration Trucks! You have no idea how horrible this noise sounds like heavily! It all day long!”

“All four pillows had makeup and hair on them. The sheets were filthy and covered in hair and stains. I went to change the sheets and the mattress pad had period stains. The bathroom smelled like urine and I'm pretty sure there was black mold growing on the sink cabinet. Pretty positive we saw an older man walk an escort back to her car. I told the front desk that my sheets were dirty and she hands me a single flat sheet. I asked for the fitted sheet too. While changing sheets I found the period……

“I want sure what category this fell under. You had just bought the Coldwater Inn in Tuscumbia, AL. We had to check in 3 different times and obtain 3 different sets of keys. Inconvenient. But no big deal. But i thonk that caused the next issue. Our room wasnt cleaned while we were there and we were there a full week. Had to ask for toilet paper. No made beds, etc. Again. No big deal as it was just my husband and I. Just thought you would want to know how the transition is going. ”

“It was the worst place i have ever stayed, it was supposed to be a double room but it had one queen bed,the room was supposed to be new remodel but it was not,i had surgery is the reason I stayed i had to walk to the office to get toilet paper and towels and return to office with used types ”

“This is the worst place I have ever stayed at from the smell of rat urine in the air conditioner to bugs on the floor dead bugs in the floor and in the window seal to sticky dirty floors and a nasty bathtub. Honestly, I should have taken pictures so that I could post on here. The owner also told me that he had to have a $20 cash deposit upon arrival which the website said nothing about and then when I went to leave and it was about 10 minutes after 11 because I dozed back off after getting……

“Loved the decor that was related to the Muscle Shoals music history. The only things I didn’t like were the pillows, flat and I would have liked a coffee pot in the room. All staff excellent. Great dining experience in Grill 360. Good music in Swampers Bar and Grill. The pool area is beautiful.”
