“I specifically rented a room with a “Gulf View Balcony” for our Anniversary. I reserved it months ahead. We drove 12 hours to be on the ocean. We check in and they say “ we upgraded you to a better room, I said why it’s a Gulf view balcony, correct ? oh no, we overbooked but we upgraded you to a better room. Turns out to be a view of the pool and a handicap room with a wheelchair shower that leaked all over the floor. I’m sure they do this regularly. Think twice before you stay at the Panama……

“The room was recently renovated. The pools and hot tubs were great. The grounds are well kept. Nice barbecue area and mini golf. Loved the private beach area and bar. The food was great at the bar near the pools. The only thing I wished was that the food/bar area was open longer than 8PM.”

“good”

“The room was clean and right on the beach. It was perfect for my little getaway.”
