“the wingate lynn haven / panama city area location has a bunch of amazing staff and they deserve to be recognized! we accidentally left behind a pillow of sentimental value and they were amazing at finding it and helping us getting it shipped back to us! especially the morning attendant Thelma! i will say the night attendant Savannah, i think her name was, was not very helpful, I called and asked her specifically since she checked us in, if she could ask the cleaning crew in the morning if they……

“The best hotel I’ve ever been in. I got a balcony bay view I wish it was a little higher up but it only goes up to like the fourth floor for balconies. Staff is absolutely amazing! I felt like I was at home and they treated me like I was their family. Great location that you can walk to stuff downtown Panama City. I can’t wait to visit again.”

“The hotel in general was very clean and smelled good. The room was clean as well and the breakfast was hot and nice. Staff were always very attentive and the place looked well maintained.”

“There was trash under the ac unit some towels were dirty. We were scheduled house keeping on are second day we never got it we called a couple times the first time they said that they will do it as soon as possible we called again after a couple hours and they said we have to go to the lobby to get are towels toilet paper tissues and we never got are beds made there was also dust everywhere and the tiles in the bathroom were not cleaned properly”

“Book 2 rooms and although appeared to be clean one of the rooms had an awful smell when we opened the door. The smell cam from the bathroom. Nothing a little bleach and Lysol couldn’t fix. Other than that everything was great. Would definitely stay again.”

“I couldn't access the side doors with the room keys the whole stay. After getting two sets of keys made I just gave up. That was a tad inconvenient. The hotel was clean and my stay was good overall.”
