「It was a perfect hotel in the perfect location. All the excitement of pier park was right outside of the entrance of our hotel as well」

「Es nuestra primera vez visitando Panamá city beach y nos hospedamos en este hotel La habitación estaba bien limpia, iluminada .Tenía cocina y contaba con todo lo necesario por si querías cocinar:platos ,cucharas ,un set de sartenes .Además de estufa ,microondas , refri y aire acondicionado todo en muy buenas condiciones y super limpio. Sábanas y toallas super blancas y con buen olor .El desayuno tipo bufete con variedad y bien elavorado.Los trabajadores todos muy atentos y amables brindando...

「Sheets had hair and sand all in them. Stains. I don’t believe they were new sheets as they had no rooms at 4:30 for check in. Floor wasn’t clean. Sand all over the counters. Trash under the bed. When I asked staff I was given two sets of sheets to change myself. I’ve contacted the hotel and Expedia did too and no response.」

「This was my second time staying here, everyone and everything was nice!」

「On arrival I was told I had to pay an additional $15 per day because the hotel claimed they were a resort. RESORT? They were a hotel with a small pool outside. No different than any other hotel in that vicinity. It was explained to me that everybody that stays has to pay for the amenity for the upkeep of the pool. The front desk personal advised me of the incidental deposit and quickly told me about the resort (?) fees. Expedia usually tell you your price with taxes and fees included...

「It was just okay. There was nothing near by for food. The first person I talked to seemed busy and I felt as if I wasnt going to get my room. The second person was better. The room was cleaned. The floor was still wet when I got there. It did the job for what I needed.」
