“Bathroom not near bedroom. Uncomfortable mattress. Uncomfortable sofa. Coffee maker did not work. Great beach view. Clean room. Easy parking.”

“Clean, friendly staff and quiet. The room was extra hot and the ac wasn’t the best, its green hotel using solar panels tho. Multiple guests I met had the same complaint, but all in all a great stay.”

“Habitaciones Amplias , baño grande. Piscina limpia. Desayuno incluido bueno muy variado . Mercados, tiendas y parques a solo 7 minutos a proximadamente. Lo malo solo q al llegar nos dieron una habitación que estaba ocupada , al Abrir nos llevamos un susto . Pero inmediatamente al poner la queja nos dieron otra habitación .”

“Can't complain”

“This is a nice hotel. Best thing about is the breakfast. The staff was friendly and helpful. For some reason I was thinking the beach was closer but it wasn’t. It was a short drive. If u get a chance go to St Andrew bay. The water is AMAZING. Totally different from the water at the other beaches. No seaweed at all. I felt like I was in a part of Greece. Anyway, back to the hotel: my water pressure was very low the whole time and the toilet had to be fixed because it could barely flush. ……

“We stayed here for 3 nights. We had a King suite, so a separate bedroom from family room. The TV in our bedroom never worked. The drawer in the dresser wouldn’t stay closed. Our toilet leaked a lot. Walls around pictures were dirty. The property is old and needs to be better maintained. However, the staff, including during breakfast, was always wonderful and accommodating. Breakfast was really good as well.”
