「Good in the restaurant was excellent! Our room smelled like mildew. Our son’s families room was fine. So our room was apparently an isolated incident. We did report it to staff at checkout Overall property was in excellent condition」

「Sheets had hair and sand all in them. Stains. I don’t believe they were new sheets as they had no rooms at 4:30 for check in. Floor wasn’t clean. Sand all over the counters. Trash under the bed. When I asked staff I was given two sets of sheets to change myself. I’ve contacted the hotel and Expedia did too and no response.」

「Es nuestra primera vez visitando Panamá city beach y nos hospedamos en este hotel La habitación estaba bien limpia, iluminada .Tenía cocina y contaba con todo lo necesario por si querías cocinar:platos ,cucharas ,un set de sartenes .Además de estufa ,microondas , refri y aire acondicionado todo en muy buenas condiciones y super limpio. Sábanas y toallas super blancas y con buen olor .El desayuno tipo bufete con variedad y bien elavorado.Los trabajadores todos muy atentos y amables brindando...

「The hotel on the beach was great the staff were nice and helpful, clean hotel /room, nice pool n hot tub, good breakfast. I like the the parking but you pay but not bad. Everything walking distance to stores n restaurants. Will stay again!! Great experience」

「On arrival I was told I had to pay an additional $15 per day because the hotel claimed they were a resort. RESORT? They were a hotel with a small pool outside. No different than any other hotel in that vicinity. It was explained to me that everybody that stays has to pay for the amenity for the upkeep of the pool. The front desk personal advised me of the incidental deposit and quickly told me about the resort (?) fees. Expedia usually tell you your price with taxes and fees included...

「The staff were all very friendly and accommodating. We were able to get an early check in to get ready for our anniversary dinner. The room was clean. Plenty of towels (usually not the case at other hotel brands). Breakfast was adequate. Plenty of handicap parking up front. An overall positive experience.」
