“Super limpio el hotel, muy buen servicio”

“the shower curtain was tooo short and water went everywhere , so only a quick shower. needs to be fixed.”

“Overall it was a very nice quiet place to stay. The only downfall was the breakfasts and maid service.”

“Really nice resort. Awesome pools and activities for all ages. 2 bedroom suite was large, clean, comfortable and well appointed with kitchen essentials. Housekeeping staff was amazing. All-in-all, this was a very great place to stay, and we will definitely stay again. 5 *’s!”

“The staff were not as welcoming. We had issues with our dishwasher and accommodated us to a different room which was worse. There was mold in the bathroom and the beds need to be replaced already. Very sinked in. The leg tables of the kitchen table kept bending. The cleaning is done superficially. We were right next to the gym and at night all the kids would go in there and play with the equipment unable to get a good nights rest. The breakfast was ok but the hash browns were stale every single……

“Place advertises a two bedroom SUITE which was just two hotel rooms with a lock off in between that does not even prop open when sharing with family. It stated it had a sofa and sofa bed which it does not. I had booked a poolside view and did not get it. Also had two construction related fire alarms where we had to evacuate one of them being 2am in the morning. Not impressed. Brandon and other bartender at pool bar were very nice.”

“Breakfast was good and free which is a bonus. The room and bed were very comfy. The staff were very helpful and kind. There is a coffee machine in the lobby to grind and make fresh coffee all day. The items in the small consession area are inexpensive and nice when you don't want to leave the property.”

“I stayed here about a month ago. From the very start the service was great. Front desk staff was very helpful. I arrived earlier than anticipated and I was able to check in right away. I was alone and felt very safe on the property. Would definitely stay here again if I go back to PCB.”
