「I recently stayed at this brand new hotel and had an amazing experience. Everything was spotless, fresh, and beautifully maintained. The rooms and common areas were extremely clean and comfortable. The staff was absolutely wonderful friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with anything we needed. You can really tell they take pride in providing excellent service. I would definitely recommend this hotel and will be staying here again in the future!」

「The room was clean overall; however, the stay was uncomfortable due to several issues. The bed sheets were rough, and the bed cover was thin and uncomfortable. The room was extremely humid to the point that the floors became wet. Additionally, the bathtub was clogged, and the shower had very low water pressure, barely letting out any water. Do not recommend.」

「View and access to the Gulf were good. Room was in poor shape. Mini fridge and television in the room with 2 beds didn't work. No replacements available. Several burners on stove in the kitchen room were broke. Requested to have room cleaned while we were out no one cleaned had to go back to front desk was given garbage sacks and toilet paper and towels told to put all towel and garbage outside the room. When they did send someone to clean had to leave the room they won't clean while your in...
