「First, they put us in a room that had a strong urine smell; bedspread was badly stained. Air conditioner didn't work properly. Website states several amenities they no longer offer. Telephone in room didn't work. No one at desk for long periods of time. Back door propped open; was told it was broken, so they had to leave it open. 」

Self-parking was no issue & digital check in was fast & efficient. I did still have to go to the desk for additional information and wristbands.
