“Check in took forever. TV wasn’t working so we went to the desk to tell them and there was no urgency to help with that so I called there and he told me to be patient and then showed up and was very annoyed. He stormed in with a remote and got my tv working and stormed out. Quite rude! I won’t stay there again or recommend it.”

“Lovely place, sadly we only booked one night and arrived after dark , so didn't really have chance to use all the amenities, kayak's etc .
The cabin we stayed in was lovely , and great communication from the staff ( Deb ) and recommendations for coffee & breakfast the following morning .
Would stay again if in the area .”

“Room clean. On first night , thry were renovating a room , 2 doors down. They were banging with a hammer, electric tools until at least 9:30pm. I had been up since 3am so I wanted to go to bed early. I complained in the morning to the front desk, they apologized and offered us free breakfast the following day or to move us. We declined both but appreciate the offer.
The pool is great but was not stocked with towels.
We were able to get extra towels at the front desk.”
