This hotel commits fraud to Expedia and I will tell you how it's done.
I booked 2 rooms for 2 nights (2 people were coming). When we arrived at ~13.00 local time, girl at reception could not find our reservation. At all. But offered to buy directly from hotel. OKay..
After a long talk - English is not so perfectly spread in China even at hotels, we got into rooms. Not mentioning that girl mismatched names and gave wrong wifi passes, I found that was charged 3 times - 1 time for $250 and 2 time for $75 each. I came down to reception to talk to manager and he told me it's a fine for noshow........
Thats fraud, because even boarding starts at 14.00 usually, how co=ould fine be applied? When I argued, they told fine would be cancelled, but they cancelled only one, $75 is still on hold.
Do not even come close to shi hotel, fraud is everywhere!
