It smelled bad, old looking needed up dating. Not easy to get to do to construction. Friendly staff. Didn't stay their. Canceled reservation.

The gentleman checking me in was quite nice, very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. The hotel was miserable hot, the air conditioners are outdated and do not cool off to a satisfactory temperature. There was food and dirt on the walls. The hallways were dirty, the reception area was clean. I went down for breakfast at 8 AM. They only had coffee, she said she closed up early as no one comes down anyways. It hadn't looked as if she had put anything out to begin with. I wasn't offered juice or anything. The outlets some did not work, and the shower did not reach a warm temperature. I again did like the gentleman working. And the beds were comfortable, I booked a king bed, but was given only 2 full size, with no explanation as to why. Only that the room with a king would cost more, when it was a king I had booked.

The parking area was not marked clearly the room had crickets coming under the door. The room had a old bad smell. The exhaust fan in the restroom did not have a cover on it. The hotel was itself was in need of remodeling. It reminded me of a drug hotel.

The lady at the front desk was very nice but the room was very nasty, the a/c didn’t work properly and the breakfast was cereal and coffee what kinda breakfast is that dry cereal! I want be staying there again…

I don't know that I've ever stayed anywhere that made me feel quite as uncomfortable as this motel. The entire facility needed a thorough cleaning.

Horrible trash stay away

Smells just like cigarette smoke there is no smoke detectors. The beds feel like cardboard and the pillows feel like air. This has to be the worst hotel in Sherman, Texas.

One of the worst Super 8's we've stayed at. Very dirty, smelly, very little breakfast, and serves as a flop house for people, one in particular with an ankle monitor who followed my wife from the lobby making noises aimed at her.

Had no hot water because they were doing laundry. Had roaches in our room. Asked for refund but were told we'd have to leave if they refunded money. Offered to change rooms. Tile falling off the wall, carpet taped down, mattress had a huge broken dow dip in it....hotel was absolute trash...never again Super8

I'd rather sleep in my vehicle.

The whole place looked dirty. The hallways and stairs. The room was dirty and the shower was nasty. There was a used bar of soap with hair on it on the shower floor and the shower had not been cleaned. There were dead bugs in it. I do not recommend staying here.

This room was said to have a handicap shower. The hand rails were not in shower,the rail next to the toilet was loose and wobbly,the shower chair was not in the shower and when I tried to put it in, I found it didn't fit. There was no battery in the fire alarm. And the bed had a sunken spot. I will never stay at a Super 8 again!
