"手続きはVrboを介しません。メールでのやり取りとなりますので注意下さい。そこで手続きのメールが届かないトラブルがありましたが、Vrbo並びに管理会社の方の迅速な対応で無事宿泊できました。対応は非常に丁寧で安心感があります。施設について、他の方も書かれている通りリフォームされて綺麗になっていました。2世帯住宅を貸し出していますが、壁は薄く2階の足音が聞こえます。一点改善をお願いするとすれば、清掃です。結構埃が溜まっていたり、食器類も油汚れが残っていたりしていました。初めての利用だったので神経質だったかも知れませんが少し残念でした。最後は快適に過ごすためのワンポイントですが、寝室に換気扇やエアコンがありません。夏は寝苦しいです。リビングのエアコンの温度を下げて寝室まで送り込む必要があります。リビングから寝室までの扉を全て開け、トイレの換気扇をつけた状態で、寝室前に扇風機を置いて風を送り出すと快適に寝られます。"

"The room was great, and huge by Japan standards. The only problem was the check in was a bit of a pain. It is all over the phone and if you are a foreigner with a phone from outside of Japan the service isn't the best and issues came up. But overall worth the price and close to the train station."

"It's modern with a stylish aesthetic. Love the shower booth with good water pressure. The biggest disappointment is sleep quality. The mattress (non branded) was notably saggy, lacking the support needed for a restful night. Most frustratingly, the padding was so thin (non existent) that I could feel the individual springs pressing through."
