From the moment I arrived, the staff were welcoming, attentive, and professional, ensuring that every aspect of my stay was smooth and enjoyable. The rooms are modern, stylish, and thoughtfully designed, offering a relaxing and comfortable atmosphere. The mattress and linens are of outstanding quality, providing a truly restful night’s sleep. I also appreciated the wide range of amenities provided—everything you might need is readily available, including a toothbrush and toothpaste, hairbrush, high-quality shampoo and conditioner, as well as lotion and night cream. One of the highlights of the hotel is its traditional Japanese bath, which offers a unique and relaxing cultural experience. It was impeccably clean and well-maintained, adding an extra level of enjoyment to my stay. Overall, the attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction truly set this hotel apart. "The hotel provies a regular shuttle bus to and from Kyoto station , which is easy to locate at the Shinkansen exit side in the shuttle bus bay. The room size was a good size for one person with a large and small suitcase. Room providing with amenities you would expect, and was kept very clean. Room has a fridge and a safe. The hotel location is convenient , especially with the bus back and forth to the station. The staff were very professional and polite. Only negative I have is there is no way to control the temperature of the fan/ac. You can only change the speed and power on and off."
