Nice stay!

I had a very pleasant stay at the Radisson Hotel, Shimla. The staff were exceptionally polite and always eager to help. The rooms were clean, and the food was good. However, the bathroom felt a bit outdated and could use an upgrade. Overall, I was happy with my stay and would recommend this hotel.

Amazing staff. Very helpful. Everyone was so welcoming and nice. They would always greet you with a smile. For me it was time well spent. The free shuttle service to the Mall Road was cherry on the cake.

Not bad, but not amazing

It was ok. A large property and I felt like I was the only one there. Service is friendly but slow. It’s a bit of a walk to the Mall Rd - but the shuttle is handy. No gym/fitness centre and the pool is isn’t heated. Overall an OK stay. I didn’t love it, but it wasn’t bad

It was very conveniently located for my purpose. My room was nice and had a fabulous view. The food in the cafe was also very nice with excellent service. The only downside of staying there was getting around to my room or lobby, having to use two elevators, etc. A little confusing but it worked out overall.
