“The cottage has everything a family needs but the communications around check-in was very poor and hotels.com's customer service was unwilling to provide any assistance. I would have thought some level of quality control helped justify hotels.com's commission. Either way, the cottage is managed by the building next door and this is where you need to go to collect the key. ”

“Host and all staff very friendly and helpful. Cosy cottage that needs updating but adequate. Great table with eight chairs and one three seat sofa. Would be good to have more signs in English. Homeaway/stayz photos - none were our cottage. Were not told breakfast included (was beautiful) but would have been helpful to know because we’d bought five packets of cereal. Would definitely recommend staying here”

“場所の説明は、事前にメールがありましたので、スムーズに到着出来ました。 ドアを開け、まず最初にカビ臭いのが感じられました。窓を全室開け空気の入れ替えをし、和室の押入れが特にカビ臭がありました。あちこちに消臭剤が置いてありましたが・・効果は無く、洗面所と浴室・流し台の排水溝の下水からの悪臭が酷くて、お風呂は利用する気にもならず、2日共日帰り温泉に行きました。洗濯機もありますが、蛇口から洗濯槽まで届かず洗濯槽の中も茶色の汚れがこびり付いていてコインランドリーに行きました。帰宅してからも持ち込んだ物は全てカビ臭が移っていました。室温20℃と快適でしたが、ニオイに関しては残念でした。改善される事を希望します。”
