「Staff were incredibly attentive and nice. Even with the language barrier they went above and beyond using Google Translate to explain the courses of our dinners and breakfasts, as well as information about the town. The hotel was slightly out of town (15mins walk) but they have a shuttle that was basically on demand. We wanted to go into town for the night and they dropped and picked us up at our desired time. 「Our entire stay was wonderful! I stayed with two of my children while house hunting. It was very clean, very very nicely decorated, and I just really enjoyed everything. Food was great and the owners were amazing! So helpful especially with it being our first time in Japan. My family will definitely be coming back! It was honestly such a relief to meet such nice people through our travels! They really did go above and beyond!」
