Even though the rooms are super outdated in terms of the design, hairdryer and iron, they are very spacious and provide a good nights rest - the bath is a plus also! We were pleasantly surprised at the amount of choice at breakfast, better than some hotel chains.. however the omelette was grey and questionable. Will definitely be staying again! ”

“This hotel is a pub with rooms above. It is a period building so has it's quirks but that adds to it's charm. Our room was spacious & bathroom was very clean. Other furnishings a little tired & electrics need updating as extension leads with multiple sockets pose a safety issue. Food was excellent & staff were amazing. Definitely would stay again as in a great location in town. ”
