We loved our stay at The Geroge Townhouse. The room was spacious and even had a nespresso machine so we felt we had hit something luxurious and, in many ways, we had! Hotel staff were pleasant and helpful. The room was clean and a good size although there were some bits of maintenance that needed doing but it didn’t spoil our stay. They do need to sort out the hot water if only to reduce their water bills 10 mins to get hot water to the shower was too long

Check-in and Check-out was extremely simple. The hotel team contacted me on the morning of my booking to provide me with the cabin number and code for key safe which was a nice touch. Room was very clean, had all required amenities. I would stay again☺️.

A beautiful converted barn in lovely, quiet surroundings away from the madding crowds of Bourton and Stow. Janey was also very quick to respond to any minor queries we had before and during our arrival. Beds very comfortable!

Very pretty old world village with good eateries (many in pubs) & easy to get around. Went to Hidcote Manor Gardens (National Trust) near Chipping Campden (about 15 mins drive) & had a very enjoyable time. Lovely gardens & great cream teas...Yum.
