“The house was very comfortable particularly the beds. All the amenities were there. So we were very pleased overall. However The couch in the tv rooom is very worn. and the tv is very slow to respond to the remote. We would have liked to have two keys for entrance to the house. The garden and outdoor areas were a real let down. Plants are dead or dying, lots of old pots left around, Nothing was swept up and there was an old carcase of a dead bird on the paving.”

Just a few things: - some bleach in the shower for the mould around the frame would be good. - the floor vent in the bedroom could use a shutter for the cold, windy season - the hole in the floor under the wardrobe really needs completing as is not very efficient when trying to heat the flat. - a door on the bedroom rather than a curtain would be a lot better.
