“The stay was ok apartment was very clean but there is water damage on the ceiling and walls, it rained mid stay and had water running down a wall and when left for work the next morning there was water at the top of the entrance stair well. ”

“Had everything you need... away from home...air-conditioning, fans, washing machine etc. Close to shops. Close to city and public transport. Some outdoor work in progress but will be great when finished. ”

“The staff were the best asset. Had a nice time and room was clean. The unit could do with an upgrade. Eg - new sofa's and a dishwasher.”

“Description stated wheelchair access but we were on the second floor, we had a friend that struggled because she is going through cancer treatment. Description said 2 bathroooms but there was only 1. Kitchen utensils were dirty, no teaspoons, a tablespoon had burn marks on the back. Kettle was absolutely disgusting and dirty, pots missing handles. 2 single Beds had one fitted sheet and a thin throw blanket in winter, no extra bedding, aircon/heater worked great. Towels were extremely rough and……

“Everything was great, comfortable, affordable, parking for 2 cars. Easy access from car to the front door which was perfect for my Mother. We both enjoyed our stay here.”

“The house was very comfortable particularly the beds. All the amenities were there. So we were very pleased overall. However The couch in the tv rooom is very worn. and the tv is very slow to respond to the remote. We would have liked to have two keys for entrance to the house. The garden and outdoor areas were a real let down. Plants are dead or dying, lots of old pots left around, Nothing was swept up and there was an old carcase of a dead bird on the paving.”
