“Jason and partner were very welcoming hosts. The Tiny home is delightful and has everything you could need. We had a very cold night but we were warm and cozy inside. The bed was very comfortable It was delightful to see so many varieties of animals all grazing peacefully together, The location is very rural, just what we love. Sat nav directions were easy to follow If you love rural , domestic animals and wildlife, it is just the place for you !”

“It is a modern property. Rooms are well fitted out with min-kitchen, full size fridge, tea and coffee facilities. Bathrooms large with good shower.”

“Top location if you do not mind a small walk - excellent value. Have stayed multiple times. Cleanliness is slipping (dirty tea towel, cracked drinking glass and the hair dryer blew up -can't be helped, fridge could use some attention), Yes i will be back.”

“A quick and easy check-in process. We had a family of four - spacious and clean!”

“The accommodation is lovely and clean with full kitchen -laundry- 2 bathrooms there where 2 of us but can accommodate 4 with 2 bedrooms-garage-Wi-Fi all comforts of home. Shops and eateries across the road and main shopping centre 5 min by car Ease of getting around to attractions by car. So much to see and do in Toowoomba also the smaller country towns an easy search on google Would highly recommend, nicer than staying in a motel or hotel Extras given are a great touch and where very much……

“this property was not up to the standard of stayz accom. maintence guy spent 2 days repairing the unit. Toilet still plushes onto concret outside - not sure a plumber has been arranged - wiping stove top locks it - no reset switch have to turn main switch off to reset not sure electrician has been organised. You will find this unit in a lot better shape that we did ”

“We liked the proximities to so many places. Perfect for viewing the Carnival of Flowers Street Parade. Next door to Burke & Wills restaurant, Zach's. Good food & service. Near The Rock One bedroom apartment gave us plenty of room. Newly connected Foxtel allowed is to watch the AFL & NRL finals live. Lighting was dim but serviceable. We used the microwave and hot plate with provided fryingpan. The light didn't work on the greasy range hood. I liked there was a vases to enjoy blooms during……

“We had an amazing stay at Tiny Kya. A little disappointed with the cleanliness. Looks like it’s only swept out not vacuumed and mopped. Also the towels were tiny and stained. The floor near the sink was ready to give way. Rotted I'm imagining, someone is going to hurt themselves when it does. Apart from these things we were very happy with our stay. The location is stunning! Absolute privacy. The kangaroos in the morning and birdlife was lovely. We unfortunately copped some rain arvo/overnight……
