"The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Not a lot of extras like cups, phone, coffee pot or hair dryer. Overall, it was very nice for the price and I would stay again. The only downside was the construction guys in the surrounding rooms were extremely loud.

"The stay was everything we were looking for. I love Excelsior Springs and the property puts you in the heart. Lots of shops and restaurants. Quiet and kind. The apartment was absolutely beautiful and the bed was hard to leave. The furniture, the bathroom, all added to the stay. We could watch tv and had wifi. It was spotless and cozy and Susan made sure I had all the information I needed in great time before my stay. Thank you!"

"This Courtyard Marriot was very nice! Great location to shopping, food & the highway. Very comfortable to sleep in as well. Could not hear highway noise or other outside noise. Comfy bed and nice room. Hotel was clean and seems to be well taken care of! The front hotel staff during the day and at night were terrific and friendly! We did not use the on site bar/restaurant but the food smelt wonderful and seemed to be priced well. It was busy so the food must have been good. The pool and hot tub looked fun but did not get a chance to use. Would definitely stay here again! "
" My family has stayed here before and we'll stay here again. The pool is great fun and designed for all ages to enjoy. I appreciate the separate area for little ones, and then, of course, there's the slide. If the kids have energy to burn at the end of the day, send them down the slide a few times. I admit I enjoyed it myself.
We had a king suite this time, and I think that's what we'll stick with. The room was spacious and we took advantage of the refrigerator and the microwave for late night snacking. Vending machines are by the pool, but there are grocery and convenience stores nearby. There's also a large shopping area with several restaurants about two miles up the road.
We enjoyed the free breakfast and had fun making our own waffles. 8am seemed to be the busiest, so I recommend arriving earlier. The two gentlemen in the kitchen were a lot of fun, interacting with diners frequently. They made sure we had everything we needed.
The cleaning staff are exceptional. They're friendly, ready to help, and so polite!
Front desk staff is knowledgeable about local events and things to do and see. They will bend over backwards to ensure guest's comfort and safety.
We'll be back in September without the kids and we're looking forward to staying here.
