「Can’t be a five star. Not even a 3 star. Property - no ambience. In the middle of densely populated area. No view. Most of the time there is smoke coming from one side or the other as people around are burning waste. Furniture is dirty and uncomfortable. Even dhabas have better furniture. Loud music - like they play on streets - where as you expect a quiet time during sunset dinner on Terrace. Staff don’t look at you or smile. They didn’t even offer the welcome drink when we checked in...

「I think the positive reviews are paid ones. They converted an old bungalow into a hotel. It was right besides train crossing and every now and then you could hear the noise of trains. Some basic facilities like intercom was missing. Although the rooms were clean and tidy, the bedsheet was not so clean. A basic thing like shampoo and bodywash were not provided. Last but not the least, when i wanted to make a card payment, they did not have card swiping machine. Nothing great about the food. 」

「Our welcome at the reception was ice-cold no one smiled, slow check-in, we reached exactly on time but rooms weren't ready. When the 2 rooms were allotted (we were 4 family members with a toddler) it was on different floors which was very inconvenient. However, one of the senior receptionist proved to be helpful throughout with driver and some fake police issues. Rooms were sufficiently large and comfortable but linen were not exactly clean. We have paid so much money(around 4 times of the actual cost) through Expedia, and we asked for complimentary breakfast from the day1 which was already in their itinerary. On the 2nd day, we were not having any towels in our bathroom whole day. 」
