“Lo único que no me gustó fue que la habitación tenía olor a cigarro, en general el hotel estaba bien, las instalaciones están bien, pero lo mejor fue la atención del personal, quiero agradecer especialmente a Tamara y Roberto, ofrecieron un excelente servicio, una atención muy buena, gracias a ambos por su ayuda durante mi estancia.”

“The place was quite clean and spacious. Unfortunately, the heater and air conditioning thermostat malfunctioned, preventing me from getting any sleep. Our room temperature remained at a scorching 81 degrees throughout the night. I reached out to the property and they suggested we lowered it to 40-50 degrees. However, after making this adjustment, our room experienced extreme fluctuations, alternating between freezing cold and scorching hot. ”

“My room was not clean when I arrived at 10:30pm. The receptionist and bar staff were amazing, but because the hotel was sold out we were sent to another hotel. That hotel room was much smaller, smelled like sewage, and had maintenance issues. The staff were amazing, but if management thinks that sending me to a smaller sub-par room at a different hotel is an equivalent then I have no desire to come back.”

“This is a rather standard no-frills place but staff was great, location convenient, and price unbeatable! The property is dated and wish they had a no-slip mat for taking shower. Otherwise, I say "bravo!"”

“I think the hotel may have been just a few years old. The shower stream was still powerful. The room was big and comfortable, and there were two TVs. The complimentary breakfast was just ok. The lady who checked us in was quite cool and nice. Overall, I enjoyed my stay. ”

“Staff was extremely friendly & welcoming at check in & just as friendly at check out! Valet parking attendants were also friendly & very quick when car was needed. Rooms were clean & the shower was great! Warm cookies at check in were the best and then we were also offered them at check out! Will definitely stay here again.”
