「Host was not attentive. Check in process was horrible. The previous tenant walked in on us after we had checked in. They lie about not having access to the apartment after 11 AM obviously. The previous tenant was allowed to stay past his time and they basically told us we would have to check in later. The host did not seem to care. Terrible service. 「When we arrived the apartment was 55 degrees and it was 30 degree outside. It was late and we were tired and it took over an hour to warm up to where we could even sleep. There was 1 washcloth for 4 guests. Other than that it was clean and a nice stay.」
