“Very clean and nice friendly staff and great breakfast. ”

“We go to Shreveport LA to visit family and we always stay at the Homewood Suites by Hilton. Usually we have a super nice room. This room had a lot to lack. Super small tub that had chips in the porcelain. The outside of the fridge needed to be cleaned. Our check in time was 3 pm and we got there at 3:30 and had to wait another hour for a clean room. All the AC in the room was off and it was nearly 80 degrees in our room. This room was just not what we are used too and definitely not as described……

“Our stay was great. Take that back, we had two issues. One, we could never have the two keys we had both work at the same time. Two, the ice machine did not work on our floor (2nd), had to walk down to first floor.”

“Limited food choices but not expensive. Casino was much smaller than expected but hotel room was superb. ”

“Staff at check in was so wonderful! Professional, friendly, prompt. Explained 1st floor being worked on but confirmed it was still quiet (this is the floor with handicapped showers). Not a real walkable area...no sidewalks or crosswalks. Dinner at the bistro was great! ”
