The staff went out of their way to provide me with a breakfast in the morning as I was unable to make the time due to catching an early train.

We booked this property for a business stay, and it exceeded expectations. The accommodation was spotless, well-maintained, and exactly as described, offering excellent value for money. The hosts were outstanding—responsive, professional, and genuinely welcoming throughout our stay. The team was very impressed, and we wouldn’t hesitate to book again. Highly recommended!

Booked this place based on the reviews, it's a cool and fun place to stay. Me and my wife loved the quirky vibe, staff are pleasant and the food and drink was great. Location to the train station and to the town made it so much better, would recommend if you wanted a night away and enjoy a lively but friendly atmosphere 👍

Really lovely central hotel with a jazz, soul vibe. Breakfast was fabulous, and the people were so helpful with taxis, i felt very safe with the doorkeys and card. Could come and go when we needed. The room had towels, iron, board, hairdryer and useful storage. Will come again. X

A quirky hotel, my room seemed to be part of a terraced house adjoining The Alb. All staff that I encountered were lovely and helpful. Breakfast was an unusual selection, I've met hot honey for the first time. Delicious.

Just minutes from bus and trains, close to all the walable must see spots, excellent staff . Hot great breakfasts included. My room layout was like an apt. separate entrance from reception. Could use stricter enforcement of no smoking as hall had a smokey smell.
