"Such a beautiful home! Perfect for our family group to stay for a UK visit. The house was impeccably clean and had so many amenities. The main floor had everything you could ever want - lots of space for family, a fabulous kitchen and a perfect screened in porch. The basement was amazing - we had fun watching football in the theater! The beds were so comfortable and it was so great that each bedroom had its own connected bath. The communication with the host was great as well. We will definitely be back!"

"Very close to campus and was very convenient to restaurants. It was a bit concerning that both neighbors on each side of the rental came to warn us about parking on the street due to cars being sideswiped. But PLENTY of driveway parking! House seems to need a bit of TLC overall, but nothing that hampered our stay. "

"While this bungalow is rich in history, I was truly struck by its cleanliness and undeniable charm. Ideally located just off Richmond Avenue, it’s close to a wonderful selection of shops, restaurants, and cafes, with easy access to the downtown area. Traveling for business, I brought my dog along so he could also enjoy the home and the secure, fenced backyard. By the third day, he had made himself comfortable and felt completely at ease. The check-in process was seamless, and I never needed to contact the owner during my stay. The bungalow is thoughtfully furnished, complete with all the little touches that make for a cozy and comfortable visit. My only recommendation would be to add additional lighting to the backyard and back deck, as well as blinds or curtains for the back door—I often had to rely on my phone for light after sunset, which was a bit inconvenient. Aside from that, this is an outstanding place to stay."
