"Hotel situated at a beautiful location by the lake with a view of Mt Fuji when weather is clear. Nice walk to forest area. We had a spacious room in annex building. Air conditioning could have been better but not a problem. Buffet style dinner at lakeside restaurant was excellent with plenty of choices, although a bit pricey. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Free shuttle bus service to station comfortable and punctual."

"The accommodations were wonderful, beautiful property and onsens. We loved being able to reserve the private tubs, found them very relaxing and beautiful. Meals were wonderful and staff very helpful. If the hill up to the property is a problem, we found taking a taxi or uber very easy and cheap. Highly recommend!"

"Breakfast is delicious and fresh. If you are there more than 2 nights, its a different set menu, all local ingredients and absolutely worth it since there arent many restaurants nearby for breakfast "
