"Stinking plumbing toilet plungers on show on most levels. no balcony as booking. Menu in the rooms for what hotel could charge you if you did anything that the hotel didn’t like.(not just breakages) Terrible stench of toilet plumbing throughout the whole hotel. "Very good and new hotel with all the necessities that you might require. The only negative part is the bad sound isolation from the hallway, it feels like the doors are made of paper. You also have to call/email before you check in to get your room number as it's not given to you when you arrive."

"We showed up shortly after a major earthquake in the general area so there were some cracks in the building and it seemed like some repairs had been made to the room. Other than that the place was great. No need to say more"

"Apartment is in great location. Apartment is very comfortable for two people, it is quite large. It was a shame there was building work going on so the gardens were noisy with construction materials. But once inside the apartment it was great. The four flights of stairs were not ideal. But the helpful staff carried our luggage up for us. A WhatsApp contact number would be helpful."

"I was accommodated in a studio due to a miscommunication regarding the original booking. The studio was clean and comfortable and I was happy with the alternative provided. The building was a nice residential block, and the location was perfect (close to cafes, restaurant, parks). The studio could be better accommodated for longer stays, i.e. there was no kettle and no cleaning products (including washing up liquid & sponge for dishes). "Personne à l’arrivée. Je contacte le propriétaire qui m’indique qu’il y a un problème avec l’air conditionné de la chambre. Il me propose une autre chambre à 1,2 km que je refuse. En effet, j’étais sur le trottoir avec mes 3 valises et mes deux enfants de 8 et 12 ans. J’ai demandé le remboursement mais n’ai pas eu le montant payé. Expérience lamentable, à fuir."
