The room was clean and comfy and the staff were always smiling and helpful. I also loved the rooftop bar and it was such a nice spot to relax after exploring the city. "If you are planning to use the hotel only for sleeping then it's fine as a base. The rooms need updating and shower rooms definitely need renovating. I can't fault the staff at all, they were the best thing about the hotel and made the stay bearable. The hotel is walking distance to Pratunam market, night market, Platinum, Decembers Market.

"The room was perfect for us & our 4 children. Reasonably central and quick to walk to a night market. Easy to find taxis ect to move around and about a 10-15 minute walk to the sky train. Well connected with the airport.
The room itself was ok, it needs some basic renovation in the shower and finishing touches to make it more comfortable.
