「great」

「交通方便，與BTS有連通道，飯店日式風格，整潔安靜，游泳池夜景超棒」

「Right next to the BTS the Landmark was a convenient place to stay in Bangkok. There are 6 restaurants on site and a ton around it to choose from. The staff was very helpful and kind to us at all times. Our room was quiet and had a nice view. A lovely place to stay on the Sukhumvit」

「Very nice stay」

「A bit of an older property, but very well-kept and clean considering the age. The staff however were AMAZING! Super helpful, kind and service was definitely a top priority at this hotel. We came to celebrate my husband's birthday and upon check in, we were delighted to find towels folded in the shape of a birthday cake upon our arrival which was a beautiful touch. On his actual birthday, we were also treated to cake delivered to our room which was very thoughtful. The area had food and...

「非常棒」

「I had a very disappointing and distressing experience during my stay at Rosewood Bangkok. First, we found a red blood stain on the bedsheet in our room. The hotel had promised us a late check-out, so my husband...

「Breakfast could have had a few more options, particularly muesli oat milk accessible and not downstairs etc. Generally a very enjoyable stay. Thankyou」

「I stayed in Room 1716 from July 19 to 21 for two nights, fully paid upon check-in. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely poor. I am writing to highlight five major issues: Front Desk Miscommunication: Despite paying for two nights at check-in, I received a call the next noon asking if I had checked out, which severely disturbed my rest. Unprofessional Check-in: The male staff member (name starting with K) provided zero information regarding breakfast, pool, or gym locations and opening...

「Convenient location. Helpful staff.」

「洗手間燈光太暗，應該在鏡上面加射燈」
